What happens next if you choice to have JP Roofing complete your project? 

You will be presented with a signed written agreement outlining the scope of proposed work so you know exactly what work and products you will be receiving, and a projected start date will be picked. 

What does a typical residential or commercial sloped roofing project normally consist of ?

Remove existing roofing materials and haul to an approved recycling facility. 
Inspect the roof deck for condition and rot, replacing all damaged areas prior to the new roof install.
Supply and install new aluminum started strip to all perimeters of the roof line.
Supply and install ice and water shield on all eaves, wall junctions, chimneys and valleys.
Supply and install synthetic underlayment over the remainder of the wood decking not covered by ice and water shield.
Supply and install the selected roof covering to manufactures specifications.
Supply and install new plumbing pipe flanges.
Supply and install a ridge vent system.
Counter flash under lead chimney flashing where applicable. 
Clean out eaves through and sweep all walkways, run magnetic wheel to pick up loose nails. Leave site safe and sound.
